ABOUT
Hi, I’m Gustavo. Based in Toronto, I’m a Senior Project Manager and Client Service Lead with over 15 years of experience delivering complex, high-volume campaigns across online video, digital, broadcast, print, OOH, and digital signage.
My focus is on the structure and rhythm behind great work. Operating at the intersection of creative, production, and business stakeholders, I specialize in building the backbone that makes multi-channel delivery run smoothly. I design custom SOPs, automated workflows, and Airtable systems that remove friction, resolve bottlenecks early, and keep decisions moving without the chaos.
In a previous work life, I was a freelance photographer, producer, and educator. I volunteered at Mohawk College as a guest speaker and member of the Advisory Committee for the Photography Still & Motion program, and was part of the Camp Canon team of instructors at Canon Canada, providing individualized coaching and feedback to students across the country.
Away from the desk, you’ll usually find me behind a drum kit, out on a road bike exploring cycling routes, running, skiing, or spending quality time traveling and unwinding with my wife.
